About Camp
The City of Dublin's After-School Recreation programs promote positive youth development and support the childcare needs of families in Dublin. After-School Recreation is for children in first to fifth grades and is offered at Amador, Cottonwood Creek, Dougherty, Dublin, Frederiksen, John Green, Kolb and Murray elementary schools in Dublin. The program provides students with quiet time each day to complete homework, and includes a variety of group and individual activities and indoor/outdoor games to enjoy after homework time. During homework time, Recreation Leaders are available to assist students with their assignments. Each school site is supervised by a minimum of two Recreation Leaders who have leadership training and certification in First Aid and CPR. After-School Recreation runs from school dismissal until 5:45 PM, including on minimum days. Please note, After-School Recreation does not operate on school holidays.
