Adventures in the Kitchen - Ages 13-18

About Camp

Teens will learn hands-on food preparation and cooking that teaches healthy eating, basic kitchen skills, sharing, fun food experiments and teamwork. Teens will work together to build their meal and shopping lists for each week and become comfortable with kitchen tools and equipment. Staff will be on hand to assist and support through the learning experience and participants will be encouraged to try new things and interact with unique foods and ingredients. The program is designed to help young people gain comfort and confidence around the kitchen and to form healthy habits for life.
