Adventure Camp at Palmetto Islands - WW Kayak/Disc Golf

About Camp

In this session, we will learn the skills necessary to manage a whitewater kayak on both flat and moving water. We will first work to develop our skills on the lake at James Island County Park and progress toward a day trip to Columbia, SC and paddle a section of the Class I/Class II on the Saluda River. We will also have some fun "rattling the chains" as we learn to play disc golf. Campers will learn about equipment basics, throwing techniques, and how to work as a team while experiencing James Island County Park's 18-hole course.
