Adventure Camp at Palmetto Islands - Surf SUP/Fitness

About Camp

Participants will learn basic paddle techniques from trained instructors on the lake at James Island County Park. On Wednesday, we'll head to the beach for an on-water practice session that includes instruction, on-water safety, etiquette, and wave dynamics. On Thursday, participants will put all the pieces together with a certified ACA SUP surf instructor for a surf session at a local break! We will also combine our outdoor adventure-based activities with other forms of fitness, nutritional information, and training techniques to help aide the development of healthy lifestyles.
