About This Camp & Activity
Swimmers will learn basic beginner swimming skills in a fun and encouraging environment. Swimmers must have proper swimwear and are highly encouraged to bring goggles. Participants will learn: Basic water safety Floating and treading water Breathing technique Gliding and rollovers Introduction to freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and elementary backstroke
