Adult Swim Lessons – Janet Davis Level I – Beginner Perfect for adults with little or no swimming experience. Learn water confidence, floating, gliding, flutter kick, and the basics of freestyle. Level II – Intermediate For swimmers who have mastered Level I skills. Focus on rhythmic breathing, backstroke, freestyle improvement, and additional Red Cross swim skills. Level III – AdvancedMust be able to swim one full pool length with rhythmic breathing and be comfortable in deep water. Improve endurance, refine strokes, and learn breaststroke and butterfly. Fees County Residents: $97 per session (6 classes) Non-County Residents: $107 per session (6 classes) Rockdale County Parks & Recreation require all participants to enroll in the appropriate swim level. If a swimmer is found to be in the incorrect level during their initial evaluation, they may be transferred to the correct class, space permitting. A $15 administrative transfer fee applies. If the correct level is at capacity or no openings exist, the registration will be canceled, and the registration fee will be forfeited.
