About Camp
Looking for a COACHED workout with a focus on improving technique? Need feedback on your stroke mechanics with drills to reinforce positive results? Lapsters is for you! Please Note: Lapsters need to be able to swim freestyle with face in the water and rotary breathing and must be confident swimming with others in the same lane. While we will work on stroke technique, Lapsters is not an adult learn to swim program.
