This line dance class is a high-improver/ intermediate level class which uses all popular styles of music. This is not a beginner class; you will need a solid foundation in beginning line dance to feel at ease. We will be learning one new dance per week and reviewing the others we have learned. We get a great cardio workout while learning different dance styles and having fun. Dancing with the entire body will be stressed, including arms, hips, and head, not just your feet! (No class on 11/23)
