Proof of Vaccination required for all participants 18+ to participate in this program. For individuals with a primary physical disability or visual impairment or blindness. This program offers participants the opportunity increase and maintain their fitness levels through general fitness exercises, stretching, weight training and indoor cycling. This activity includes Adaptive Swimming.
