In this series participants will explore with a Drama Therapist the similarities in mindfulness practice and theatrical improvisation. This space is for growing our abilities to live in the present moment, acknowledging thoughts, feelings, and body sensations without judgement. We will expand our capacity for spontaneity with exercises that assist in anxiety reduction, connection with others and honoring the authentic self. Embrace the 'Yes and...' in a playful, fun way without the pressure of performance. No theatre experience required! *Designed for individuals with disabilities.
