About This Camp & Activity

An active adult program emphasizing health and wellness by performing light aerobic exercises in the water. Make new friends and encourage each other while aiding in building core strength and improving balance. Meeting location will be the Ontario Senior Center where transportation will then be provided to all registered participants to the Munoz Community Center pool.
