About This Camp & Activity
Acrobatics - Ages 6 + Up - Acro incorporates tumbling, contortion and gymnastic movement across the floor. This is a beginner to intermediate class. At this level, students work on flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and basic tumbling (rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, standing backbends), progressing to intermediate skills (walkovers, limbers, Arabians, handstands, etc.) and advanced skills (handsprings, aerials, tucks, multi-skill passes, balances with inversions, contortion)
