About Camp

Active Aging Week: The building of bone is a process that takes patience and commitment- as we age, we steadily lose bone leading to breaks and fractures. This session will include isometric exercises that address strength, flexibility, balance and metabolic rate.Join Jolene Soehl for an hour long class in conjunction with Active Aging Week.
