Class Description: Zumba Gold is perfect for Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba ® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of this class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba ® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Instructor: Pam Sandoval Hello! I'm Pam Sandoval, and I live in Denver, CO. I've been a licensed Zumba Instructor since Aug 2017 and I’ve taught Zumba Gold for 5 years. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast. I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. Every class feels like a party!
