About This Camp & Activity
Get ready to dribble, shoot, and have fun with HREC 1st & 2nd Grade Basketball! This exciting program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of basketball in a positive, energetic, and age-appropriate environment.Players will learn the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and sportsmanship through fun drills, skill stations, obstacle courses, and basketball games designed specifically for younger players. Our goal is to help kids build confidence, stay active, make friends, and develop a love for the game while learning in a supportive atmosphere.Rather than focusing on formal competition, this program emphasizes development, participation, and fun. There will not be official games, but families won’t want to miss the final portion of each session! Each day will wrap up with exciting mini-games, skill challenges, and fun activities where parents, friends, and family members can cheer on the players and celebrate their progress throughout the program.
