About Camp
This is a 30-minute aqua workout for parent and child designed to improve parents’ fitness while engaging with their child in the water. The class is comprised of a series of moderately paced, low impact, and fat-burning aqua aerobic exercises for the parents that provides quality time and fitness benefits in a splashingly good time! Adults and Children ages 6 months to 3 years.
