HIIT HourJoin Amanda for a hard-hitting high intensity interval training aerobic class in the Wellness Center Racquetball Court! Class is every Monday and Wednesday from 12 PM – 1 PM.Aerobic classes are open to current UIW Students, Faculty and Staff.Registration is limited. Registration required, pre-register online, or at the front desk, or walk up registration at the front desk at the time of the class.
