About Camp

Take a day to relax and join us with art and yoga in the bayou! We will drive about an hour away to a state park, where we'll participate in an hour of guided yoga. After, we will get to create art pieces. There’s no better way to spend your Sunday than making new friends, enjoying the outdoors, and being mindful! We hope to introduce you to new (or old) practices that you can incorporate into your daily life.
