This program is designed to promote overall well-being through engaging physical activities, instilling the importance of regular exercise, and fostering meaningful friendships. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of sports, games, and wellness activities that cater to different interests and skill levels. Classes will not be held on holidays and certain events.
