Ages 18 & Up:Having a strong pelvic floor prevents incontinence, contributes to core strength, and also greatly increases the benefit of your yoga practice when coordinated with the breath. Detailed instruction of pelvic floor exercises will be taught along with tips on how to design a personal practice.Bring: Yoga mat, yoga strap (preferably cinch style), two yoga blocks (9"x6"4")
