Learn specific exercises to promote whole body, bilateral, correction, and alignment. Establish functional strength and balance. Students likely learn some anatomy, too! Look to create a practice that helps and even eliminates body pains, stiffness, and chronic pain from injuries and postural issues. The instructor is certified as an Egoscue Posture Specialist and a massage therapist with over 30 years of experience. Bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks (soft, 4" x 6" x 8"), and 1 yoga strap. No jeans or belts, please. Drop-in fee $28.
