Instructors of Shorin-Karate: Traditional Okinawan KarateThis class begins the training of kata (form), self-defense techniques and advanced kicking and punching. Students will participate in the study of kata in great depth including the execution of hidden techniques and awareness training.*You may register for the weapons portion of this class separately for an additional $25/month fee. If registering online, search "weapons" from the registration home page.Classes are taught by internationally ranked 7th degree Okinawan black belt David Rogers of Shorin-Ryu Karate.
