Chair Yoga with Charlotte Mondays 10:45AM-11:30AM Yoga for seniors or anyone recovering from illness or injury and may require the aid of a chair in yoga practice. No prior experience is needed; you will “start where you are”. Benefits of yoga include increased strength, breathing capacity, flexibility, and balance. With regular practice, neuroplasticity, the ability of the brain and nervous system to make changes, will increase. Yoga improves quality of sleep, digestion, focus, and our response to stressors. This is your yoga journey, and class will focus on your needs for a healthier you. No pretzels needed; if you are breathing, you can do yoga. 4 - class Session: April 28th May 5th May 12th May 19th
