Cozy up with a winter weaving project for the 3rd installment of Potomac Overlook’s new adult art workshop series! Participants will turn an old worn piece of wood into a beautiful piece of art using yarn and natural objects from around the park. Staff will provide instruction and then participants will spend the rest of the time enjoying a hot beverage and snacks while they weave. Program Fee: $20 per participant for ages 18 and up. No children or pets permitted. Supplies: All supplies for the weaving project will be provided, and participants will take home everything they create during the class. Registration: Registration closes the day prior to the program. All participants must register in advance. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for the walk from the parking lot to meet at the nature center. If you are sick or exhibiting any symptoms, please call the nature center at 703-528-5406 and we will cancel your registration and issue you a full refund.Participants are required to read and accept the Assumption of Risk and Indemnification Agreement during the registration process.
