The league is for players 18 years and older who want to continue playing lacrosse in the off-season. THIS IS A LOW CONTACT LEAGUE. League play will be limited to stick checks and minimal (involuntary) body checks. Players need to provide their own equipment (helmet, mouth piece, gloves, elbow/shoulder pads light/dark pinnie or jersey and stick). Please Bring $5 each night to play. Goalies Play for FREE!
