BETTER YOURSELF WITH EVERY CLASS!The RAC martial arts class will include Martial arts from the Fillipines, Indonesia, and China. Animal style forms are taught with applications from the forms. Drills , learning single stick, double stick, palm stick and defense. All classes have warm up and cool down to close. Guru Charlie Wishon has over 30 years experience in these arts.
