Moo Duk Kwan may be translated as “Institute of Martial Virtue.” At Oregon Moo Duk Kwon, the style of martial arts practiced is known as Soo Bahk Do.Soo Bahk Do focuses on history, tradition, philosophy, discipline, respect, and technique and includes physical conditioning, forms, self-defense techniques, and natural movement exercises.This one-hour clinic is a fun introduction to the traditional Korean martial art of Soo Bahk Do.
