Intro to Cheer TumblingTuition: $100 per monthly sessionDiscounted rate available for current Fall Sideline Cheer athletes.Intro to Cheer Tumbling helps athletes develop strength, coordination, body control, and foundational tumbling skills through age-appropriate drills, conditioning, and safe skill progressions.This class is open to athletes in Kindergarten through 8th grade, including those who are not enrolled in Newberg Youth Cheer. No previous cheer or tumbling experience is required.Athletes commonly enroll in Intro to Tumbling for multiple monthly sessions as they continue developing their skills. Completing one month of Intro does not automatically qualify an athlete for Advanced Tumbling. Athletes should remain in Intro until the coaching staff determines they are ready to advance.For current Fall Sideline Cheer athletes, this optional class provides additional gym time and focused skill development. It is also a great, low-commitment way for new athletes to explore cheer without purchasing a uniform or committing to a full cheer season.What to WearAthletes should arrive in comfortable athletic clothing and cheer or athletic shoes. No additional equipment is required.
