Guided Autobiography (GAB) is a powerful, research validated shared experience that's unique, fun, upbeat, and supportive. This 2.0 class is open to those who’ve already taken a Guided Autobiography class in the pastWrite about several important life themes that go beyond those in the introductory classNew prompts will be provided to evoke memories that underpin your writingReceive positive, nurturing feedback in a small group setting (6 people max)Participate in a like-minded community and enhance your well-beingTake new steps in writing your memoir, autobiography, or personal historyExperience a therapeutic process, in a confidential setting, that is not therapyFacilitated by a licensed psychologist, professional writer, and Certified GAB InstructorPrerequisite: Participants must have taken a previous Guided Autobiography class. No new students, please.
