This class strengthens and tones the body with low-impact exercises that are gentle on joints. Through a mix of classic dance moves students enjoy a fun workout that increases mobility in knees, hips, and shoulders. Adaptable for all skill levels, the class uses a TheraBand stretch band to enhance strength and range of movement. Participants should be able to move to the floor and use a chair and barre for support. Wear comfortable clothes, dance socks with traction or go barefoot, and bring a water bottle and light bands.
