About Camp

Energy Medicine works with the body's subtle energies (meridians, chakras, and auras) to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This interactive class demonstrates techniques and tools relating to Reiki, Qigong, Sound Healing & other Energy modalities. Students will learn self-help techniques to use on themselves and others including pets. The instructor is a Reiki Master Teacher. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle.
