About Camp

In this class for all levels, participants will explore stretches and strengthening postures aimed at creating space in the joints, through a technique called ELDOA, based on scientific principles and 35 years of research. The postures performed create tension around a joint, to decompress or "decoapt" the space within or around that joint, and the benefits are: increased blood flow, improved recovery and athletic performance, reduced pressure on the spinal discs, reduction of pain, spinal disc rehydration, improved posture and muscle tone, increased sense of wellbeing and awareness. In each 5-week sessions, we will address the joints of the spine, shoulders, hips and ribcage. All classes start with an osteoarticular warm up for the whole body.; Participants should be well hydrated to participate. Bring your own mat, towel and water.
