Dining is a skill, so come and learn how to become a star at the table! We practice setting the table for a three-course meal and learn how to use the appropriate silverware when eating bread and butter, a main course and a dessert. We focus on posture and poise, greeting with a smile and a firm handshake with good eye-contact. We practice introductions, voice level, when to leave a party or group with appreciation and farewells and thank you notes. Appropriate cell-phone use is discussed and learned through games. Business casual dress required (No jeans or tennis shoes, no food is served in this class)
