In the bustling steampunk city of Steenberg, criminals and industrialists fight for power and control. When a mysterious figure recruits you to steal an experimental elixir from one of the city's richest people, you must scheme your way through Steenberg's shadowy streets and smoky factories to uncover some of the city's most carefully guarded secrets.
