Join us for an unforgettable hands-on cooking experience this summer! Our small-group cooking camps are perfect for young chefs who love to create, explore new flavors, and have fun in the kitchen. Each week, we’ll dive into exciting culinary themes, teaching kids essential kitchen skills while making delicious dishes from scratch. Week 1: ? Asian Fusion Week – From homemade dumplings to sushi rolls and stir-fries, campers will explore the bold and delicious flavors of Asia while learning knife skills, sauce-making, and the art of balance in cooking. Week 2: ? Baking & Pastry Week – Budding bakers will master the science of baking with delicate soufflés, tarts, cakes, and other sweet and savory baked treats. We’ll focus on technique, precision, and creativity to make bakery-worthy desserts! Week 3: ? Healthy Eats Week – A fresh and flavorful week dedicated to wholesome meals! Campers will practice knife skills while preparing vibrant salads, wraps, and homemade dressings. We’ll focus on balancing flavors, textures, and nutrition in delicious, kid-approved meals. Each day includes hands-on cooking, food safety lessons, teamwork, and of course—tasting our delicious creations! Our camps are beginner-friendly, filled with creativity, and held in a professional kitchen. ? Camp Enrollment Policy To make our camps as fair and fun as possible for all families: ? We do not allow transfers between camps once a child is enrolled. This helps us keep each group balanced, planned, and enjoyable for everyone. ? Waitlist priority goes to students who are not currently enrolled in any of our camps. This gives more kids the chance to participate and ensures spots are shared fairly. We appreciate your understanding and support — these policies help us provide a consistent, high-quality experience for every young chef! ????? Materials fees included.
