Designed for those who may find standing aerobics or exercise challenging due to balance or joint concerns, this class is open to all ability levels. Benefits include increased activity, improved joint mobility, muscular strength, endurance, balance, cardiovascular health, and an uplifted mood, all in a safe, fun, and upbeat setting. Enjoy moving and singing along to a variety of rhythms and genres, including classic favorites. No prerequisites or experience required. Please bring bottled water.
