About Camp

This hour-long movement-based class is designed to help improve strength, balance, and posture. To help improve bone density, reduce the risk of falls, and to help maintain independence all while having fun. Please bring a set of weights (3, 5, or 8 lbs), a mat and a water bottle to class.
