Join Caitlin Breen, a certified massage therapist, yoga instructor, and doula, for a 2.5-hour instructional workshop for the birthing person and their partner. This interactive workshop is designed to educate and empower the partner to support the birthing person in the birthing process. Together you will learn: How to use a birth ball/peanut ball, labor comfort measures and supportive positions for any way you birth your child, massage techniques to stay connected throughout labor, relax and relieve tension, and encourage contractions.Scroll down for important program information.
