Does your child have energy to burn? We can help. All-American Ninjas incorporates martial arts, gymnastics, and obstacle course training. Your child will enjoy Ninja training which includes doing flips, rolls, and kicks. The gymnastics lessons and obstacle courses are both designed to help improve total body coordination, build strength, and improve agility. Beyond skill, this class teaches:• Self-confidence • Responsibility• Discipline • Instinctual safety• Impulse control • Improves agility*Parents must sign an online waiver emailed directly to them before their child can take lessons. Apparel – Black shorts and a black t-shirt are preferred. No pockets, zippers, or buttons on clothes. Participants are required to wear gymnastics shoes which can be purchased at Patti’s. *Membership fee waived when registering through Munster Parks.
