This surge reflects both increased digital access and a heightened reliance on unregulated or commercially driven sources, raising concerns about the quality, accuracy, and potential risks of the advice being received. Increasingly, calling for a mental health consultation could mean conversing with an AI-powered, voice-trained assistant.This session will be devoted to encouraging participants to share both their concerns and experiences.
