Now that you are comfortable in deep water and able to swim the length of the pool your next step is Adult Intermediate! The intermediate swim class is geared to those who are looking to learn and expand their beginner strokes and techniques. This class will further develop your endurance and confidence in the water. We will concentrate on front and back crawl as well as introduction of the breast stroke.
