Learn to identify and provide first aid according to many scenarios, including choking, stroke, heart attack, bleeding, allergic reaction, falls, sprains, breaks, and more. This limited, personal class consists of hands-on practice methods, video and discussion. Certification through HSI, Health & Safety Institute is valid for two years. Class to be taught by ASHI instructor, Cyndi Brisbo,BA, RDA, Jazzercise Instructor.
