Learn both self-defense and martial arts performance skills from the Adrenaline Action Design team(Marvel films) at Redwood City’s premiere Action Martial Arts gym: Afro Bushido Academy, SPC. Led by 5th degree black belt master coach Rahman Jamaal McCreadie, ABASPC’s facility is equipped with crash pads, foam weapons, and class 1AA spring floors for learning how to have fun and move safely in the face of danger!
