This touches base on a child's gross motor skills of hitting a ball with a bat (both plastic), catching a ball, throwing a ball, and running the bases correctly. Tball is our second stage of recreation summer leagues. This touches base on the development of the "game". Hitting a ball with a real bat, an oversized safety ball is used, running to bases, and out fielding correctly. As we know that many children develop differently at each age we want to provide option between wiffleball and tball for those who are currently the age of 4. If your child is 4 years of age by the registration deadline you have the option to choose whether they play wiffleball or tball but these perimeters must followed and understood: Must be 4 years old by the registration deadline of April 29th Must have participated in some sort of team sport or children's program with other childrenmust understand that if you move your child up to tball at 4 years old, your child will play Tball for two years Once registered, there will be no switching back and forth. With registration ages set for mass majority of children, you may not be able to register your child on your side of registration. Please call/stop in to get enrolled in the correct league.
