About Camp

-Boys currently enrolled in 1/2nd grade for the 2022/2023 school year: -Focuses on allowing a batter to hit from a live coach-pitcher and defensively work on getting batters/baserunners out by force or tagging. **Glove required** **NO JERSEY REQUIRED**REGISTRATION: March 17 – April 28DATES: May-June- Tuesday & ThursdayTIME: 5:00-7:30 PMLOCATION: Harlan Rogers Sports Complex-Baseball Preseason clinic will take place:Tuesday, May 2nd (5:30-6:15pm) @ Harlan Rogers Sports Complex-Coaches meeting will take place:Thursday, May 4th (5:30PM) @ Citizen’s CentralLeague Formats Depending on Number of Participation-Practices & Scheduled Games Enough participants registered for each league 36 participants registered Enough volunteer coaches to cover all teams Team games and practicesPractices & Pick-Up Play Not enough participants for scheduled games Less than 36 participants Not enough volunteer coaches to accommodate individual teams One practice/week One "Pick-Up" scrimmage/weekSkills/Open Fields less than 16 participants registered Four weeks of skills camps One open field/week *Anything less than 10 participants will not be offered*Format decisions will be made on registration deadline date--late participants will not count towards these numbers due to planning and timing
